— Services
The workshop,
the flame,
the hand.
Three trades, one place: custom glassware manufacturing, expert repair, scientific equipment sourcing for laboratories.
— Bespoke glassware
Blown for your
exact protocol.
You have a diagram, a photo of an old piece, or simply the intuition of a geometry. We make it. The workshop works borosilicate and quartz, on tubing or by welding standard pieces.
- Borosilicate 3.3 · resistant to thermal shock up to 500°C
- Fused quartz · up to 1,000°C · UV/IR transparent
- Standard joints · 14/23, 24/29, 29/32, 45/50, custom
- Screen printing · permanent graduations and identification
— How it works
From brief
to delivered piece.
A drawing, a photo, or just an idea of a geometry — we assess feasibility and get back to you within 48 hours.
The brief
Send a drawing, a photo or a description. Our glassblowers pick it up fast.
The quote
Within 48h: price, lead time, feasibility. Approved by you, started by us.
The workshop
Flame blowing, joining, annealing, dimensional check and vacuum test.
The delivery
Shock-proof packaging, 48h shipping.
— Submit a project
Describe your piece.
We'll get back to you.
The more details you give, the more precise the quote. Attach a drawing or photo if you have one.
— Expert repair
Broken?
We repair it.
A quality glassware piece, even cracked, deserves a second life. Our glassblowers assess, weld and anneal in the oven. For a fraction of the price of a new piece — with the same mechanical performance.
- Free diagnosis · send us the piece, we'll call you
- Flame welding · invisible after annealing
- Leak test · under vacuum, up to 10⁻³ mbar
- 6-month warranty on the repaired area
— How it works
From shipping
to repaired return.
Ship us the piece. Free diagnosis on receipt — our glassblowers assess, quote and repair.
The shipping
Send us the piece. Free diagnosis on receipt.
The assessment
Our glassblowers examine the damage and send a quote by return.
The repair
Flame welding, oven annealing, vacuum leak test.
The return
Packaged and shipped with a 6-month warranty on the repaired area.
— Send a piece
Describe the break.
We'll assess it.
Tell us what's broken, the material if you know it, and whether the piece is still in service.
— Actinic treatment
Your reagents, shielded
from light.
Actinic glass filters wavelengths below 450 nm — UV and blue light — that degrade photosensitive reagents, reference standards and pharmaceutical preparations. Our glassblowers apply the actinic treatment to any piece from our catalogue or made to your specifications.
- Cut-off ≥ 450 nm · filters UV and visible blue light
- Borosilicate 3.3 · treatment on standard scientific glass
- Catalogue or custom · flasks, columns, ampoules, bottles, pipettes
- Borosilicate 3.3 · treatment on standard scientific glass
— How it works
From selection
to treated piece.
Catalogue or custom — actinic treatment applies to any borosilicate piece. The glass cuts wavelengths below 450 nm.
The selection
Catalogue piece or custom spec. Give us the reference or send a drawing.
The confirmation
Quote within 24h, feasibility confirmed by the workshop.
The treatment
Application of the filtering coating, optical cut-off check at 450 nm.
The delivery
Protective packaging, shipped within 24h of completion.

Specify the piece (catalogue reference or drawing), quantity, and any lead time constraints.
— PTFE / PFA coating
Glass,
built to last.
A polymer coating applied under heat wraps the piece in an inert skin — PTFE or PFA depending on chemical constraints. The glassware keeps its transparency and dimensional precision while gaining resistance to impact and the most aggressive acids. Adaptable to any catalogue piece or made-to-order part.
- PTFE or PFA · full chemical resistance to acids, bases and solvents
- Shatter-containment · piece holds even when cracked — no projections
- Clear or opaque · transparent or tinted coating as required
- Catalogue or custom · flasks, columns, ampoules, reservoirs
— How it works
From bare piece
to coated delivery.
Catalogue or custom, PTFE or PFA depending on your chemical constraints. Transparency and dimensions are preserved after coating.
The piece
Catalogue or custom. Specify the model and chemical constraints.
The quote
Polymer choice (PTFE or PFA), price and lead time confirmed within 48h.
The coating
Surface preparation, hot application and curing of the polymer.
QC & delivery
Adhesion and chemical resistance test, shipped within 24h.
